Abstract

La première partie de ce chapitre est consacrée à une définition générale de la sous-traitance. Cette définition est appliquée dans une deuxième partie de façon à illustrer le passage de la sous-traitance de capacité à la sous-traitance d'intelligence. Nous disposerons ainsi des éléments nécessaires pour étudier, dans une troisième et dernière partie, les implications de ce changement, plus particulièrement certaines des conditions favorables à la stabilisation de l'entreprise-réseau, qui réunit des unités distinctes ayant à se mettre d'accord sur des prix.
