Formation syndicale et validation des acquis de la militance : une analyse des pratiques de reconnaissance

Abstract

La loi de modernisation offre de nouvelles opportunités de validation des acquis développés par la militance syndicale. S'il est admis que la responsabilité syndicale prolongée induit des profils types de connaissances, la construction de projets professionnels reste encore expérimentale, difficile à élaborer individuellement et peu valorisée socialement. Les premières expériences observées dans plusieurs pays européens montrent toutefois l'affirmation de stratégies différenciées des organisations syndicales en matière de développement de la validation des acquis de la militance et des méthodes de construction des processus très typées. Sur ces deux registres, les modes d'accès au diplôme et la nature du système de relations sociales nationaux contribuent à expliquer ces différenciations. L'amplification générale des expériences de validation des acquis de la militance dépend essentiellement de la capacité politique des organisations syndicales à ouvrir explicitement le débat de la professionnalisation et du statut de l'acteur syndical.
