Abstract

The purpose of this overview is to elaborate upon the seven analytical dimensions suggested (education, qualification, competence, skills, work place, labour market, gouvernance and, if possible, to propose a tentative articulation between them to guide our thinking at this stage in the research project. But before exploring the various levels and categories of the common grid, it is necessary to emphasize the difference between English and French languages regarding a key word, qualification.
