Abstract

Esta comunicación está dividida en dos partes. En primer lugar, se presentan los principales donantes públicos portugueses, ofreciendo una caracterización general de la evolución de la Ayuda Oficial Portuguesa, así como un análisis crítico de las actividades llevadas a cabo en la región latinoamericana. Por último, se muestran las principales entidades privadas que desarrollan proyectos de cooperación bilateral en Latinoamérica, reflejando las principales tendencias en el sector.
