A propos de deux questions concernant le concept de patrimoine : de quels éléments se compose un patrimoine et quels en sont les titulaires possibles ?

Abstract

Les diverses contributions rendent manifeste qu'on ne peut comprendre ce qu'est un patrimoine à partir des concepts de biens publics et/ou d'externalités tels qu'ils sont pensés dans l'approche normale de l'économie traitant ou non du marchand en négatif, c'est-à-dire du marché. Deux questions demeurent notamment sans réponse précise : quels sont les éléments dont se compose un patrimoine et quels en sont les titulaires possibles ? On y parvient en partant du concept d'activité. Sans développer l'analyse et en laissant de côté de patrimoine naturel, on montre qu'un patrimoine social se compose de ressources libres (ressources - externalités et produits libres) et que le territoire et l'organisation sont deux types de structure sociale détentrices d'un patrimoine social.
