Le retour de la CNUCED dans le débat sur le développement

Abstract

Du 13 au 18 juin se tiendra au Brésil à Sao Paulo, la 11e Conférence de Nations Unies sur le Commerce et le Développement (CNUCED XI). Après deux décennies de restructuration et de crise où sa dissolution a même été envisagée, la CNUCED XI est de retour dans le débat sur le développement. Cet article fait état des propositions alternatives proposées par la CNUCED XI visant à réorienter les politiques nationales vers l'investissement productif.
