Abstract

Le processus de mondialisation se traduit par une tendance à l'homogénéisation du fonctionnement des entreprises. En matière de GRH, si la globalisation tend à faire converger les pratiques vers un modèle unique anglo-saxon, les spécificités nationales demeurent toujours marquées dans le même temps du fait des facteurs historiques, culturels et institutionnels.
