Abstract

Contrairement à certains districts industriels et technologiques déjà bien établis dont les modalités de fonctionnement ont été dégagées, le pôle image Magélis développé de façon volontariste sur Angoulême, constitue un projet de développement local récent qui permet l'étude des processus organisationnels et stratégiques d'émergence. Sur la base de cette étude de cas, des éléments de modélisation seront proposés afin d'envisager une représentation dynamique des processus de construction territoriale et des caractéristiques du pilotage de réseaux territoriaux en phase d'émergence. Après un bref rappel des approches théoriques traitant la phase d'émergence d'un réseau, nous consacrerons une partie à l'analyse du processus d'émergence du réseau Magelis afin d'aborder la question des enjeux propres au pilotage de réseaux en phase d'émergence.
