Abstract

Dans le cadre d'une interview réalisé par C. Alour, l'auteur aborde la question du transfert de compétences entre les générations. Pour que l'expérience soit riche et que la transmission soit valorisante, il importe de ne pas enfermer les gens dans certaines trajectoires. Deux éléments sont importants dans cette démarche : il faut bien choisir les gens qui vont être au coeur du processus de transmission : il n'est pas toujours pertinent de se précipiter vers les plus anciens. De plus, lorsque c'est possible, il est efficace de s'appuyer sur quelqu'un d'extérieur à l'entreprise pour mettre en forme les connaissances et la transmission des savoirs.
