Abstract

Cet article porte sur l'analyse de la réorganisation du secteur pétrolier en Russie. Il montre que l'on s'oriente vers une hybridation des modes de gouvernance publics et privés dans l'industrie. Celle-ci peut s'analyser comme une tentative de sortie du blocage institutionnel dans lequel la privatisation a enfermé le secteur pétrolier.
