Abstract

Dans le cadre du programme européen Equal sur la gestion des âges, le projet Part'@ge conduit une réflexion sur le développement de la coopération intergénérationnelle et sur la transmission des savoirs et savoir-faire. Cet axe est développé dans cinq entreprises du secteur agroalimentaire et du secteur des services de la région Rhône-Alpes à travers une inflexion des pratiques du tutorat. La mise en place du tutorat est l'occasion d'un transfert croisé de compétences. Il s'agit de qualifier des personnels jeunes peu expérimentés en s'appuyant sur les salariés plus âgés et de manière parallèle, de faire un transfert de la technique des plus jeunes vers les plus anciens. Une meilleure gestion du portefeuille des âges est recherchée, en jouant sur la complémentarité des savoirs et savoir-faire à tous les âges de la vie.
