Abstract

Le dirigeant d'entreprise pose souvent la question : « Quel est le ROI de la Veille Stratégique ? ». Il souhaiterait des indicateurs précis et chiffrés permettant de « mesurer ». Il n'est guère possible de lui donner ce genre de réponse, du moins pour le moment. En revanche, une autre forme de réponse est possible et convaincante : donner des exemples concrets et réels d'utilité de la Veille. A partir de ces exemples, et par analogie, il est souvent capable de comprendre quelle pourrait être l'utilité de la veille dans son propre cas. Nous présentons justement un cas probant dans ce qui suit.
