Abstract

Pour devenir compétitives les PME/PMI, et notamment celles des pays émergeants, doivent sortir de leur marché local et se hisser sur des marchés transnationaux voir internationaux. Ceci ne peut se faire qu'au prix d'une volonté forte des dirigeants mais aussi de la mise en place de dispositifs adéquats comme un dispositif de veille stratégique. L'objectif de cet article est donc de discuter de l'aide que peut apporter une activité de veille stratégique à une PME/PMI désireuse de devenir un fournisseur de TNC (TransNational Corporations) et notamment aux PME/PMI brésiliennes. Nous souhaitons ainsi leur permettre d'affronter la mondialisation avec succès en leur apportant un nouvel outil d'information pour le management stratégique approprié à leurs spécificités et à leurs caractéristiques.
