Abstract

Dans cet ouvrage, acteurs de l'aménagement du territoire, universitaires et opérateurs de réseaux, présentent l'état de relation entre les territoires et les divers types de réseaux dont les caractéristiques techniques, les modes de développement, d'exploitation et de régulation sont différenciés.Trois parties :- Relation entre réseaux et territoires (transports, énergie, TIC).- Services publics et régulation des activités en réseau.- Innovation et usages dans les services offerts par les réseaux de communication, de transports et d'énergie.
