Stratégie de diversification et structure de propriété des entreprises françaises

Abstract

Notre étude s'intéresse à l'impact de l'actionnariat des dirigeants sur la stratégie de diversification des entreprises françaises. Nous analysons l'incidence de la participation au capital du dirigeant sur cette stratégie. Un certain nombre de variables de contrôle sont introduites puisqu'elles peuvent entraver la capacité des dirigeants à diversifier. Nous testons notre hypothèse relative à l'existence de différences dans le degré de diversification selon la structure de l'actionnariat du dirigeant, sur un échantillon de 266 sociétés françaises cotées à la Bourse de Paris.
