Abstract

This article presents a state of the art of company knowledge measurement methods. It describes the multiplicity of point of views for valuating knowledge. In fact, in these methods, knowledge is defined in different ways but only few of them propose an evaluation of knowledge as a product of an individual and organizational learning process. Nevertheless this paper shows that such methods would allow the establishment of performance metrics scoring of Knowledge Management projects.
