Abstract

Cette chronique fait le point sur la position des principaux acteurs de la négociation commerciale multilatérale dans le cadre de la préparation de la sixième Conférence ministérielle de l'OMC à HongKong. Après avoir fait le point sur l'évolution de l'Agenda pour le développement, c'est-à-dire sa transformation en une négociation commerciale standard d'accès aux marchés, l'article met en avant les contraintes systémiques auxquelles font face l'OMC et le système commercial multilatéral.
