Abstract

L'industrie des télécommunications a subi de profondes mutations depuis le début des années quatre-vingt. Les ruptures technologiques, institutionnelles et de marché, qui ne peuvent en aucun cas être considérées comme des variables exogènes, ont provoqué des repositionnements stratégiques de la part des acteurs de cette industrie. L'objectif de notre communication serait alors d'analyser les fondements des récentes fusions & acquisitions dans l'industrie des télécommunication dans un contexte de déréglementation, de mondialisation et d'exacerbation de la concurrence en nous basant sur une banque de données exhaustive consacrée aux industries des technologies de l'information et de la communication.
