Apprentissage des outils technologiques : le point de vue du gestionnaire

Abstract

Cette présentation propose le point de vue du gestionnaire autour des difficultés d'apprentissage des outils technologiques dans les organisations. Il analyse les apports prometteurs tout en refusant toute détermination technologique, parce que les effets dépendent largement de l'action collective. Il montre que l'apprentissage structure les savoirs en matière d'interaction et qu'il devient un instrument d'ajustement incertain en raison des incertitudes de sa performance.
