Abstract

La politique énergétique de la Russie, producteur important de pétrole et de gaz, témoigne d'évolutions majeures notamment dans le domaine des hydrocarbures. La principale d'entre elles réside dans l'évolution du modèle organisationnel qui s'était progressivement mis en place lors des premières années de la transition.
