Abstract

Cette étude sur les entreprises et les RMIstes a été réalisée par Economie et Humanisme et le Groupe Lyonnais de sociologie industrielle à la demande du comité d'évaluation du RMI. Elle a porté sur trois départements de la région Rhône-Alpes, le Rhône, la Drôme et la Loire. Elle a consisté dans le dépouillement de 336 conventions de retour à l'emploi signées entre l'ANPE et des entreprises de ces trois départements. 190 entretiens téléphoniques ont été menés avec des responsables de ces entreprises signataires en fontion d'une grille de 25 questions. Des entretiens complémentaires ont eu lieu avec des travailleurs sociaux, des responsables administratifs divers, des dirigeants professionnels et des RMIstes.
