Abstract

Le présent travail prend place dans les réflexions développées par la DATAR autour de la contribution des « pays » au développement économique du territoire.Il traite de l'évolution des systèmes territoriaux s'étant produite en France au cours des dernières années et des transformations des rapports qui s'ensuivent entre les entreprises (et notamment les PME) et le monde rural.A partir de l'étude de quatre zones, Ambert, Le Cheylard, Annonay, Oyonnax, elle tente de discerner les transformations à l'œuvre dans la prise en charge de ces divers types de « pays » par eux-mêmes, pour mettre en relief les atouts saisis et à saisir.
