La notion de performance globale

Abstract

Il s'agit de montrer ici toute l'ambiguïté de la notion de performance globale comme matérialisation de la performance organisationnelle du fait de l'adjonction à une notion floue – " performance ", d'un qualificatif tout aussi " flou " – " globale ". La performance globale marquerait ainsi une forme de retour aux dérives de la systémique " floue " comme fondement supposé d'une sorte de " substance " attribuée à la performance. Il suffit, pour ce qualificatif, de rappeler la polysémie de " global ", qui signifie aujourd'hui à la fois " tout " et " dans le monde entier " et d'en coter le projet universaliste derrière un discours généraliste. Il suffit aussi de mentionner combien, au travers de la vulgate de la " Responsabilité Sociale de l'Entreprise ", on trouve ici la production idéologique d'une bourgeoise qui peut d'autant plus aisément avancer masquée qu'elle anéantit ce qui permettrait de dire qu'elle exploite à son profit ressources naturelles et ressources humaines. Au nom de l'abandon de l'exploitation des ressources naturelles considérées comme épuisables, elle pourrait, au motif de la performance globale, d'autant mieux exploiter l'inépuisable ressource humaine. Il serait alors question, avec le recours à la notion de performance globale, de fonder un projet d'obéissance au regard d'une convention venant elle-même masquer une demande d'obéissance par réflexe.
