Management de la connaissance : un modèle organisationnel ?

Abstract

Avec le management de la connaissance, le problème est de savoir si l'on serait face à un modèle organisationnel ou un thème organisationnel ? Dans le premier cas, les comptabilités doivent se plier aux contraintes normatives du modèle organisationnel alors que, dans le second, son champ conceptuel conserve son autonomie. Pour statuer, ce texte va reposer sur l'examen des apports de Nonaka et Takeuchi, la pertinence du modèle de " l'entreprise du savoir " de Sveby et la notion de Knowledge Management.
