Abstract

La stratégie gazière russe est aujourd'hui soumise à de profondes évolutions, et l'internationalisation des échanges gaziers russes est désormais au cœur de la stratégie de Gazprom. Les évolutions institutionnelles et organisationnelles de son principal marché d'exportation, celui de l'Union européenne, sont un enjeu majeur pour la Russie. Elles sont porteuses d'un certain nombre de contraintes mais aussi d'opportunités. L'Union européenne est encore le principal marché d'exportations gazières pour la Russie mais l'émergence de l'Asie en tant qu'importateur significatif de gaz est susceptible de modifier les priorités de la Russie en la matière. Avec 40% des réserves mondiales de gaz, la Russie a incontestablement une carte à jouer sur la scène énergétique mondiale.
