Abstract

Cet article a pour objectif d'étudier l'adoption et l'usage de l'IA dans le domaine de la logistique. Notre cadre théorique est basé sur l'UTAUT et l'agenda de recherche proposé par Venkatesh (2022) pour l'opérationnalisation de l'UTAUT comme modèle d'étude de l'adoption et usage de l'IA notamment dans la gestion des opérations et la logistique. Pour ce faire, nous menons une étude de cas exploratoire dans un entrepôt logistique au près des employés utilisant l'IA dans leurs activités logistiques quotidiennes. L'opérationnalisation de l'UTAUT à travers des données empiriques quantitatifs et qualitatifs a permis d'identifier les facteurs d'adoption et d'usage de l'IA au sein de cet entrepôt logistique ainsi que des pistes pour faire face aux préoccupations générales liées à l'IA, aux employés et à la gestion de la logistique.
