Abstract

L'autonomie au travail n'est pas toujours désirable. Son attrait dépend notamment de l'environnement de l'organisation. Devenir autonome, cela s'apprend et cela requiert du soutien, une condition nécessaire mais pas suffisante. Car les salariés le savent : dans certaines situations, l'autonomie peut être un piège.
