Abstract

Cette communication s'inscrit dans le cadre d'un contrat post-doctoral portant sur un plan d'investissement avenir (PIA) porté par l'Université de Cergy (CYU). Ce contrat a pour objectif de mener une recherche-action sur le projet PIA, en lien avec l'appel à projets des Nouveaux Cursus à l'Université (NCU). Il vise à dresser un portrait du projet PIA depuis son origine (2019-2024), d'en comprendre les atouts et les faiblesses dans le but de contribuer à améliorer sa mise en place et son déploiement, dans la perspective évoquée par Morrissette (2013). Le projet PIA travaille à faciliter la transition entre le scolaire et le supérieur, avec des sous-objectifs variables selon les structures partenaires. Pour certain.es, l'enjeu est de recruter des étudiant.es qui réussissent leur première année, pour d'autres, l'enjeu répond à une démarche de service public de mieux accompagner les élèves vers un « choix libre et éclairé » (enquêté.e).
