Mayotte : l’urgence d’une reconstruction durable

Abstract

Mayotte, la région française la plus pauvre et inégalitaire de l'Union européenne, fait face à deux cyclones : celui des catastrophes naturelles et celui, plus insidieux, des fractures sociales et économiques. Alors que le cyclone Chido a causé des dégâts considérables, les vulnérabilités structurelles de l'île amplifient les effets de ces crises à répétition. Pourtant, ces défis peuvent constituer une opportunité de transformation si des politiques adaptées sont mises en œuvre. Voici trois pistes pour reconstruire un avenir résilient et équilibré.
