Abstract

Sans une métamorphose de la politique de développement de Mayotte, il est à craindre que les vents du cyclone social et sociétal ne conduisent à des tourbillons aux impacts pernicieux dépassant les frontières de l'île hippocampe. Trois pistes de solutions pour y répondre : une refonte de la « départementalisation » à la française, l'insertion dans l'aire géographique de l'océan Indien et un soutien de l'Union européenne.
