Abstract

Cette étude de cas est basée sur une entreprise fictive mais dépeint une situation organisationnelle très fréquente depuis l'adoption massive du télétravail : le passage des bureaux attribués au Flex-Office, notamment du fait de la chute du taux de présence des salariés sur site dans les entreprises du tertiaire. Ce contexte est intéressant car non seulement il est transposable à toutes les entreprises, quels que soient leur secteur d'activité, leur localisation géographique et leur taille, mais également parce que ce changement de spatialité génère de la résistance plus ou moins forte de la part des salariés et nécessite donc de l'accompagnement. Cela permet donc de mobiliser les principales théories développées dans ces deux thèmes centraux du management.
