Abstract

Lancer une démarche commerciale structurée, développer ou commercialiser un nouveau produit ou service, réorganiser un circuit de production, étendre la zone de chalandise, informatiser des outils de gestion... autant d'activités nouvelles, de projets, qui nécessitent la mobilisation de ressources financières, matérielles, techniques, humaines afin d'atteindre des objectifs en terme de rentabilité, de structuration et de développement. Manager un projet c'est mobiliser sur un même objectif et pour une durée déterminée des personnes et des ressources consacrées habituellement à d'autres activités tout en minimisant les risques. Illustrés de nombreux exemples, ce livre recense les outils, méthodes et pratiques dédiés aux entrepreneurs.
