Abstract

L'outil de gestion peut être considéré comme un être de langage car il contribue par ses effets propres au travail de gestion. Le paradigme narratif, à l'oeuvre depuis une trentaine d'années dans la théorie des organisations, nous y invite. Il met l'accent sur la dimension fondamentalement communicationnelle des organisations et tout particulièrement du récit des événements de leur vie quotidienne, de la narration. Ces récits, les êtres humains n'en ont pas l'exclusivité. L'auteur postule que l'agentivité des autres qu'humains doit être prise en compte dans l'analyse des phénomènes de communication.
