Les relations start-ups – grands groupes : de l’objet à l’agenda de recherche

Abstract

Alors que les praticiens font de la qualité des relations entre start-ups et grandes entreprises un élément fondamental de la performance des stratégies d'innovation des grandes entreprises, les chercheurs ont relativement peu investigué le sujet. Si la littérature s'est, dans un premier temps, développée principalement dans le sens d'une description des modalités pratiques de collaboration, donnant lieu à une fragmentation des connaissances, ces dernières années ont vu une croissance de la production scientifique et un effort d'intégration globale des connaissances sur les relations entre start-ups et grandes entreprises. Il en ressort une vision qui met l'accent sur les antécédents, processus et résultats de la relation, tout en ouvrant sur une meilleure prise en compte des tensions, des dimensions organisationnelles et des intermédiaires impliqués dans les relations entre start-ups et grands groupes.
