Pilotage des flux de savoirs dans le Métavers

Abstract

Facing with a "knowledge economy", driven by the evolution of technologies, the speed of innovations... knowledge can no longer be approached in a stock logic. Industry 4.0 benefits from thinking about the production and maintenance of skills in a logic of knowledge flow. This expert opinion is based on the values ​​and skills of the ecosystem around the Immersive-CoLab company and questions the Solidarity Metaverse, its tools and methods to support an approach by flows and thus renew the management of skills of organizations. The presentation of the advantages and disadvantages of this solution addresses the necessary acculturation and learning creativity through "Do It Yourself".
