Abstract

Réchauffement planétaire, pandémie et guerres affectent l'économie internationale et contraignent entreprises et individus à s'adapter et à développer des capacités de résilience nécessaires pour surmonter ces crises et enclencher une dynamique de reconstruction socio-économique. Ces bouleversements soulèvent de nombreuses questions éthiques pour la pratique des affaires internationales. Cet ouvrage rassemble des recherches récentes sur ces thèmes et apporte des éclairages sur l'évolution actuelle du management international. La lecture des 14 chapitres permettra aux doctorants et chercheurs en gestion d'approfondir leurs connaissances et aidera les dirigeants à réfléchir sur leurs pratiques et leurs évolutions souhaitables.
