Abstract

Depuis vingt ans, la Scop Coopaname est emblématique d'un nouvel intérêt pour les coopératives. Des milliers de femmes et d'hommes y ont cherché à bousculer concrètement les imaginaires du travail. Elles et ils ont piraté ce qu'est censée être une entreprise, pour inventer un lieu où les salariés se garantissent mutuellement la possibilité de faire ce qu'ils veulent. Elire à la direction générale les plus novices, s'autoriser à choisir son salaire, penser l'emploi pour y abolir le travail, organiser des solidarités financières entre les personnes... Autant de pratiques hétérodoxes et d'innovations de gestion... Ces "gestes" constituent le véritable projet politique de Coopaname : imaginer un post-capitalisme désirable où la coopération aura déboulonné le management. Un monde où les mots "émancipation", "commun", "autonomie", "démocratie" se seront invités au coeur des pratiques du travail.
