Abstract

Cet article explore le lien entre la gestion de l'employabilité des salariés et l'entreprise antifragile dans un contexte marqué par de nombreuses crises sociales, économiques, écologiques et financières. Nous présenterons un état de l'art sur les concepts d'employabilité et d'entreprise antifragile. La gestion de l'employabilité des salariés favorise le maintien et le développement des compétences, et s'avère essentielle dans un contexte de transformation des organisations. L'entreprise antifragile, quant à elle, permet une transformation profonde des organisations et une capacité d'adaptation rapide. En quoi la gestion de l'employabilité peut-elle servir une entreprise antifragile ? Pour répondre à cette question de recherche, nous utilisons une méthodologie qualitative impliquant 19 grandes entreprises françaises et 20 grandes entreprises québécoises. Nous présenterons les résultats de cette étude ainsi que les recommandations managériales.
