Abstract

Cette communication vise à offrir une compréhension de la littérature existante sur le transfert de connaissances dans le contexte de succession familiale. Pour ce faire, nous conduisons une revue de littérature bibliométrique. Les résultats montrent un intérêt croissant des chercheurs sur ce sujet et soulignent un abandon dans certains thèmes. Ces recherches ont été exclusivement publiées par les trois revues suivantes ; Family Business Review, Journal of Family Business Strategy, et Journal of Family Business Management. Ce papier offre un aperçu bibliométrique des contributions publiées entre 2000 et 2020. L'étude bibliométrique s'intéresse aux articles, auteurs et journaux qui ont traité le transfert de connaissances dans le cadre de l'entreprise familiale. Nous nous explorons les sujets les plus traités et nous proposons des pistes prometteuses pour les recherches futures.
