Abstract

Ce chapitre analyse la phase post-implémentation de l'ERP (Enterprise Resource planning) dans quatre entreprises à Madagascar à travers une étude de cas exploratoire. Après implémentation du progiciel, plusieurs écarts entre l'objectif initial et les résultats obtenus ont été constatés. L'ERP implémenté ne répond pas pleinement aux besoins des utilisateurs et nécessite de nombreuses corrections coûteuses et chronophages. Suite à la phase post-implémentation et en particulier durant la crise sanitaire, des comportements inattendus de bricolage et de shadow IT ont été observés dans l'usage de l'ERP par les utilisateurs. Ce sujet est une opportunité d'explorer le contexte malgache, peu mobilisé dans la littérature sur l'ERP et sur le bricolage/shadow IT. Au-delà des résultats obtenus, l'étude fait ressortir la particularité de Madagascar : « ady gasy », un concept issu de la culture malgache qui illustre parfaitement l'inventivité des utilisateurs pour s'adapter à toutes les situations.
