Abstract

Cet article explore le succès des fonds d'investissement dans la finance solidaire en France. Bien que ces fonds permettent le financement des entreprises solidaires, ils suscitent des questions sur leur adéquation avec les objectifs historiques de ce secteur. En utilisant des données de l'association FAIR, l'analyse montre deux tendances : une préférence pour le financement des financeurs solidaires et la délégation de gestion d'actifs à d'autres fonds solidaires. Il en découle un allongement de l'intermédiation, une complexification des relations financières et extra-financières ainsi qu'un financement solidaire dilué.
