Abstract

Ce papier a pour objectif d'étudier l'influence de la Libre Pratique sur l'internationalisation mercantile des PME de l'UEMOA. Une démarche méthodologique basée sur une approche mixte a permis de collecter des informations par la méthode Delphi. Le Dephi nous a permis d'administrer après une étude exploratoire, un questionnaire à un panel de quarante (40)Experts par pays membre, soit deux-cent quatre-vingts (280) Experts au total. Les résultats montrent que la Libre Pratique au sein de l'UEMOA influence négativement la performance à l'exportation et à l'importation des PME. Ces dernières sont confrontées à une taxation multiple d'une frontière à une autre au sein de l'UEMOA et l'absence parfois de transparence dans l'application des règles communautaires.
