Abstract

Comment peut-on enseigner l'histoire des sciences de gestion ? Prenant appui sur un dispositif original, un musée éphémère de l'histoire de la gestion et de la pensée managériale, nous montrons que celui-ci est complémentaire des méthodes pédagogiques traditionnelles (manuel) par une utilisation d'objets permettant de matérialiser les pratiques gestionnaires, mais surtout les rapports sociaux qui les sous-tendent. Plus précisément, l'article s'intéresse à la manière dont ce musée parvient à matérialiser le management, par des artefacts issus de l'histoire des organisations. Il permet, en outre, de montrer le nécessaire accompagnement que doit réaliser l'enseignant afin de renforcer la capacité d'apprentissage des apprenants. Enfin, il contribue à éclairer l'action collective d'une manière originale, par l'intermédiaire de ces mêmes artefacts.
