Abstract

Les 6 janvier 2023 et 2024, soulignant les difficultés du système de santé français, le président Macron a exprimé la nécessité de « libérer du temps des médecins pour les patients, du temps des soignants pour les patients, et donc de repenser complètement notre organisation collective ». L'une des voies envisagées pour relever ce défi est celle des « logisticiens de service », des professionnels en charge de la gestion des flux et de l'approvisionnement au sein des unités de soins. S'agit-il d'un remède efficace pour soulager les soignants et libérer un temps précieux au profit des patients, ou d'un simple pansement pour faire face à des défis bien plus structurels ? Est analysée ici la démarche du GH AP-HP Paris-Saclay, révélant à la fois les promesses et les défis d'une telle évolution institutionnelle.
