Abstract

Ce qui est congru est juste, exact. Toute expérience coopérative implique un débat permanent sur les parts congrues de la coopération, où se joue notamment l'équilibre entre personne et collectif. Mais comment coopérer congrûment quand la coopération intègre une troisième partie, l'activité – objet juridique mal identifié qui constitue pourtant l'une des deux composantes de la Coopérative d'Activités et d'Emploi (CAE) ? En étudiant de quelle manière Coopaname, Scop issue du mouvement des CAE, traite la question du résultat comptable, les auteurs illustrent comment le débat sur les choix de gestion dans un jeu coopératif complexe débouche sur une appréhension originale du rapport à la propriété. La négociation permanente entre injonctions de gestion contradictoires semble ainsi fonder le commun coopératif.
