How can conflicts be made legitimate and constructive in a self-managed organization?[Comment rendre les conflits légitimes et constructifs dans une organisation autogérée ?]

This notebook aims to report on Day 7 of the Autogestion(s) collective. First, three self-managed organizations—a nonprofit promoting the use of a complementary local currency, a cooperative focused on political popular education, and a business and employment cooperative—were invited to discuss conflicts within their organizations and the tools they use to address them. The presentations introduced various approaches, including restorative circles, the establishment of employee representative bodies, and mental training. These discussions highlighted both the benefits and limitations of these methods. The second part of the day was organized as a Fishbowl discussion, an interactive facilitation method that allowed all participants to share their own experiences. This session provided an opportunity to take a step back, shedding light on different perspectives on conflict, understanding its effects, and exploring methods to address it.
