Abstract

Les tensions géopolitiques de 2022 ont ravivé le débat sur la dépendance énergétique des pays membres de l'Union européenne. Cet article explore en détail les dispositifs de soutien aux énergies renouvelables en France et retrace l'évolution de ces mesures, notamment la transition des tarifs d'achat garantis vers le complément de rémunération. Ce dernier, introduit en 2016, a renforcé l'intégration des énergies renouvelables intermittentes sur le marché tout en assurant un niveau de risque de prix acceptable pour les producteurs. En 2022, il a contribué à limiter les hausses des prix de l'énergie tout en générant des revenus pour l'État.
