Abstract

Introduite en France dans le cadre du grand plan de santé gouvernemental « Ma santé 2022 » en 2018, la fonction d'Infirmier de Pratique Avancée (IPA) est encore à ce jour en voie d'implémentation dans les établissements de santé. Cette recherche a pour objet la réalisation d'un état des lieux du processus de déploiement hospitalier de ces nouveaux professionnels, afin d'identifier les contraintes d'intégration organisationnelle et d'en ébaucher les principaux leviers. Une revue de littérature souligne la complexification des parcours de soins, des organisations soignantes, et des difficultés de positionnement professionnel comme des freins majeurs au processus d'implémentation de cette nouvelle profession. Une enquête exploratoire permet d'identifier des facteurs d'influence complémentaires tels que l'identification professionnelle ou le besoin de légitimation institutionnelle de ces nouveaux professionnels. Ce travail de repérage des problématiques de développement de la pratique avancée infirmière est un préalable à l'élaboration d'un modèle managérial d'implémentation efficace à destination des managers hospitaliers.
