De l’insertion à l’entreprise de territoire : le cas du groupe Archer

Abstract

Dans quelle mesure une organisation privée peut-elle contribuer au développement local durable ? Depuis quelques années, un entrepreneuriat « par et pour » les habitants se structure progressivement en France. L'article présente la trajectoire du groupe Archer, et analyse son évolution d'une structure d'insertion vers une entreprise de territoire. L'article étudie également certaines des spécificités de cette nouvelle forme organisationnelle. L'entreprise de territoire permet d'inspirer des politiques publiques locales de développement, d'interroger les rapports des PME à leur environnement local et de mobiliser les citoyens qui cherchent à s'engager en faveur des transitions écologiques et sociales.
