Abstract

Notre article s'intéresse aux pratiques de gestion alternative, et particulièrement à la gestion multi-parties prenantes telle que portée par les SCIC. Cette gestion plurielle est porteuse de tensions intrinsèques entre logiques contradictoires. Nous considérons l'acceptation de ces tensions comme une stratégie d'adaptation permanente pour entretenir une gestion alternative, et souhaitons identifier les outils de gestion pour soutenir cette stratégie d'acceptation. Notre étude de cas unique d'une coopérative culturelle tend à montrer que cette acceptation suppose une gouvernance flexible, en réinvention permanente, des espaces de délibération faisant l'objet d'une animation et de processus d'apprentissage, et une capacité de pilotage en univers incertain.
